ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Nneamaka Nweke is the owner of Nomi's Kitchen. Born and raised in Enugu, Nigeria, she is currently based in Dallas, TX. Her culinary career began in 2017 after the passing of her late father in October 2016.
She graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Allied-Health, which is one of the reasons she enjoys fitness and created Fit Meals by Nomi's Kitchen.
Culinary arts and food have always been her passion since her teenage years. She is patiently expanding and growing her culinary experience one day at a time. Currently, she manages Nomi's Kitchen LLC (Catering), Fit Meals by Nomi's Kitchen (Meal Preps), and Cakes by Nomi (Desserts).
